My stay at the hotel was overall fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay with an amazing ocean view. However, there were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to restaurants and a beautiful beach, although there were some issues with noise and red flags on the beach. The dining experience was decent, with the option to order off the menu, but there were limited breakfast choices. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and fairly new, making me feel so welcomed. The housekeeping staff was consistently friendly and great. The service was top-notch, with staff being so nonchalant about guests and always friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. The location was convenient from the airport, close to local shopping and restaurants, and had a very well-done setup with plenty of chairs and an attentive wait staff. The dining experience was beyond expectations, thanks to Armando's fantastic service. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor annoyances.
I just spent a day on the beach and in a rented Sheraton cabana at this 4-STAR resort hotel, opting for the bldg1 beach ocean front room instead of the noisy pool beach front. The experience had its highs and lows, with stunning ocean views but some issues with the HVAC system and small beds.
